Abstract
Abstract Moulded compositions based on unsaturated polyester resins and containing natural fibres can be hot-pressed to give mouldings which have a residual styrene content of < 0.1% by weight, in particular < 0.01% by weight, and a residual diester content of < 0.05% by weight. The polyester resins comprise a conventional unsaturated polyester and a styrene/di(meth)acrylate mixture, in particular a styrene/1,4-butanedioldimethacrylate mixture.
