Pentanoyl-, bedeuten, R 3 und R 4 unabhängig voneinander Alkyl oder Aralkyl, vorzusgweise mit 1 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen, bedeuten, oder R 3 und R 4 gemeinsam mit dem Stickstoffatom, an dem sie gebunden sind, einen ggf. substituierten heterocyclischen Ring bilden, der auch weitere Heteroatome enthalten kann, und deren pharmazeutisch verträgliche Salze, pharmazeutische Zusammensetzungen, die diese Diaminosäurederivate enthalten und die Verwendung dieser Diaminosäurederivate zur Herstellung von Arzneimitteln zur Behandlung verschiedener Krankheiten, insbesondere für die Prophylaxe und Therapie von durch chronischen Streß bedingten funktionellen und vegetativen Störungen und zur Verbesserung der Adaptionsfähigkeit gegenüber chronischen Stressor-Einflüssen.
