Abstract
Abstract The window (34) is inserted in the end face of the tip of the trocar. The most forward distal part of the optic (32) is arranged behind the window. The most forward distal part of the optic (32) can form the window. The latter at least forms the distal end part of the tip (12), and the most distal part of the optic is arranged axially spaced behind the apex of the tip (12). A second optic is provided parallel to the first optic, which is led with a light conductor within the window in the apex of the tip. An Led is placed inside the window. <IMAGE>
