Abstract Device comprising a plate (5) which, receiving the pair of bindings, is positioned at a distance from the upper face of the ski without possibility of movement in the direction lateral to the ski. <??>According to the invention, the plate (5) is associated with means (9, 10) permitting its displacement longitudinally to the ski, against the action of at least one elastic support (13) on each of its ends. <??>Application to the fitting-out of alpine skis. <IMAGE>
