C'est ainsi que sur la figure jointe, un puits (P1) est encadré par des barrières intermédiaires (B0, B1) et des barrières plus hautes (telles que B2). The invention relates to an electromagnetic wave detector with quantum wells in which the potential profile of the wells involved has a staggered shape. Thus in the attached figure, a well (P1) is framed by intermediate barriers (B0, B1) and higher barriers (such as B2).
