Abstract The bar code consists of a series of parallel bars printed on a flat support. It comprises at least one printing tolerance indicator (T1) consisting of a series of parallel lines situated near the bars and serving to determine whether the bar code printed subsequently from the abovementioned bar code satisfies the required tolerances. Use for facilitating the checking of the printing of bar codes. <IMAGE>
