Abstract

Circuit arrangement for protecting electronic circuits against overvoltage with a bipolar transistor, the emitter connection of which is connected to a reference potential via a resistor and the collector connection of which is connected to the supply line of the circuit (s) to be protected is connected to the base connection thereof via at least one zener diode, at which a first barrier layer -Field effect transistor, in which the gate and source connections are brought together, is connected between a supply voltage source and the supply line.
