Abstract
Abstract A degassing tube for solvents comprising a porous Polytetrafluoroethylene tube (1) having a fluorosilicone lining (2) formed by coating the interior surface of the tube (1) or by inserting a fluorosilicone tube (2a) into the PTFE tube. Alternatively a porous PTFE tube may be impregnated by fluorosilicone to form the degassing tube.
