Communication conference system

Claim 2

A communication conference system in which a plurality of communication conference terminals (10, 30), each including input means (11) for entering materials used for conferences, a display unit (14) and an audio input/output unit (18), are connected through a communi­cation network (20) for holding a conference by exchanging sounds and images mutually, wherein each of said communication conference terminals (10, 30) comprises: means of memorizing materials (16) used of conferences; means of registering at least a conference host identifier, conference identifier and conference partner identifier at the setup of a conference; and means of identifying for management a specific conference in terms of the AND condition of the conference host identifier, conference identifier and conference partner identifier which have been registered.

Claim 3

A communication conference system according to claim 1, wherein said conference host identifier comprises a conference host name.

A communication conference system according to claim 1, wherein said conference identifier comprises a conference name.

A communication conference system according to claim 1, wherein said conference partner identifier comprises a conference partner name.

Claim 6

A communication conference system in which a plurality of communication conference terminals (10, 30), each including input means (11) for entering materials used for conferences, a display unit (14) and an audio input/output unit (18), are connected through a commun­ication network (20) for holding a conference by exchanging sounds and images mutually, wherein each of said communication conference terminals (10, 30) comprises: means of memorizing materials (16) used for conferences; means of registering at least a conference host identifier, conference identifier, conference partner identifier and conference opening identifier at the setup of a conference; and means of identifying for management a specific conference in terms of the AND condition of the conference host identifier, conference identifier, conference partner identifier, and conference partner identifier which have been registered.

Claim 7

A communication conference system in which a plurality of communication conference terminals (10, 30), each including input means (11) for entering materials used for conferences, a display unit (14) and an audio input/output unit (18), are connected through a commun­ication network (20) for holding a conference by exchanging sounds and images mutually, wherein each of said communication conference terminals (10, 30) comprises: means of memorizing materials (16) used for conferences; means of registering at least a conference host identifier, conference identifier, conference partner identifier and conference opening identifier at the setup of a conference; and means of identifying for management a specific conference in terms of the AND condition of the conference host identifier, conference identifier, conference partner identifier, and conference partner identifier which have been registered.

A communication conference system according to claim 5, wherein said conference opening identifier comprises a conference opening date.

Claim 9

A communication conference system in which a plurality of communication conference terminals (10, 30), each including input means (11) for entering materials used for conferences, a display unit (14) and an audio input/output unit (18), are connected through a communi­cation network (20) for holding a conference by exchanging sounds and images mutually, wherein each of said communication conference terminals (10, 30) comprises: means of memorizing materials (16) used for conferences; means of registering at least a conference host identifier, conference identifier and conference partner identifier at the setup of a confernece, and registering a material identifier and material supplier identifier pertinent to a material used for a conference; and means of identifying for management a specific conference in terms of the AND condition of the conference host identifier, conference identifier and conference partner identifier which have been registered, and in terms of the AND condition of the material identifier and material supplier identifier which have been registered.

Claim 10

A communication conference system in which a plurality of communication conference terminals (10, 30), each including input means (11) for entering materials used for conferences, a display unit (14) and an audio input/output unit (18), are connected through a communi­cation network (20) for holding a conference by exchanging sounds and images mutually, wherein each of said communication conference terminals (10, 30) comprises: means of memorizing materials (16) used for conferences; means of registering at least a conference host identifier, conference identifier and conference partner identifier at the setup of a confernece, and registering a material identifier and material supplier identifier pertinent to a material used for a conference; and means of identifying for management a specific conference in terms of the AND condition of the conference host identifier, conference identifier and conference partner identifier which have been registered, and in terms of the AND condition of the material identifier and material supplier identifier which have been registered.

Claim 11

A communcation conference system in which a plurality of communication conference terminals (10, 30), each including input means (11) for entering materials used for conferences, a display unit (14) and an audio input/output unit (18), are connected through a communi­cation network (20) for holding a conference by exchanging sounds and images mutually, wherein each of said communication conference terminals (10, 30) comprises: means of memorizing materials (16) used for conferences, said memory means comprising in hierarchical structure a first file (110) which stores information for managing all users who use said communication conference terminals, a second file (140) which exists for each user in said first file for storing information for managing all conferences pertinent to the user, and a third file (170) which exists for each conference in said second file for storing information for managing all materials used for the conference.

Claim 12

A communcation conference system in which a plurality of communication conference terminals (10, 30), each including input means (11) for entering materials used for conferences, a display unit (14) and an audio input/output unit (18), are connected through a communi­cation network (20) for holding a conference by exchanging sounds and images mutually, wherein each of said communication conference terminals (10, 30) comprises: means of memorizing materials (16) used for conferences, said memory means comprising in hierarchical structure a first file (110) which stores information for managing all users who use said communication conference terminals, a second file (140) which exists for each user in said first file for storing information for managing all conferences pertinent to the user, and a third file (170) which exists for each conference in said second file for storing information for managing all materials used for the conference.

Claim 13

A communication conference system according to claim 8, wherein said first file (110) stores at least one of directory names of file names of second files (140) in one-to-one correspondence to the users, said second file stores at least one of directory names or file names of third files in one-to-one correspondence to the AND conditions of conference identifiers and conference partner identifiers of conferences pertinent to the user determined from the directory name of second file (140), and said third file (170) stores at least one of directory names or file names of material files in one-to-one correspondence to the AND conditions of the material identifiers and material supplier identifiers of the materials used for the conference determined from the directory name of second file (140) or directory name of third file (170).

Claim 14

A communication conference system in which a plurality of communication conference terminal (10, 30), each including input means (11) for entering materials used for conferences, memory means (16) having an area for storing the conference materials and an area for storing conference management information, display means (14), audio input/output means (18), and control means (15) for controlling conferences and conference materials, are connected through communication means (20) for holding a conference by exchanging sounds and images mutually, wherein said control means (15) memorizes at least a conference host identifier, conference identifier and conference partner identifier in hierarchical manner in the conference management information storage area of said memory means (16) at the setup of a conference, and identifies conferences stored in the conference management information area in terms of the AND condition of the conference host identifier, conference identifier and conference partner identifier.

Claim 15

A communication conference system in which a plurality of communication conference terminal (10, 30), each including input means (11) for entering materials used for conferences, memory means (16) having an area for storing the conference materials and an area for storing conference management information, display means (14), audio input/output means (18), and control means (15) for controlling conferences and conference materials, are connected through communication means (20) for holding a conference by exchanging sounds and images mutually, wherein said control means (15) memorizes at least a conference host identifier, conference identifier and conference partner identifier in hierarchical manner in the conference management information storage area of said memory means (16) at the setup of a conference, and identifies conferences stored in the conference management information area in terms of the AND condition of the conference host identifier, conference identifier and conference partner identifier.

Claim 16

A communication conference system in which a plurality of communication conference terminals (10, 30), each including input means (11) for entering materials used for conferences, memory means (16) having an area for storing the conference materials and an area for storing conference management information, display means (14), audio input/output means (18), and control means (15) for controlling conferences and conference materials, are connected through communication means (20) for holding a conference by exchanging sounds and images mutually, wherein said control means (15) memorizes at least a conference host identifier, conference identifier, conference partner identifier and conference material identifier in hierarchical manner in the conference management information storage area of said memory means (16) at the setup of a conference, and reads out a specific conference material stored in the conference material storage area of said memory means by determining the conference material in terms of the AND condition of the conference host identifier, conference identifier, conference partner identifier and material identifier.

Claim 17

A communication conference system in which a plurality of communication conference terminals (10, 30), each including input means (11) for entering materials used for conferences, memory means (16) having an area for storing the conference materials and an area for storing conference management information, display means (14), audio input/output means (18), and control means (15) for controlling conferences and conference materials, are connected through communication means (20) for holding a conference by exchanging sounds and images mutually, wherein said control means (15) memorizes at least a conference host identifier, conference identifier, conference partner identifier and conference material identifier in hierarchical manner in the conference management information storage area of said memory means (16) at the setup of a conference, and reads out a specific conference material stored in the conference material storage area of said memory means by determining the conference material in terms of the AND condition of the conference host identifier, conference identifier, conference partner identifier and material identifier.

Claim 18

A communication conference system in which a plurality of communication conference terminals (10, 30), each including input means (11) for entering materials used for conferences, memory means (16) having an area for storing the conference materials and an area for storing conference management information, display means (14), audio input/output means (18), and control means (15) for controlling conferences and conference materials, are connected through communication means (20) for holding a conference by exchanging sounds and images mutually, wherein said management information storage area of said memory means (16) is formed to include a first storage file (110), a second storage file (140) and a third storage file (170) in hierarchical fashion, and a conference is set up by registering a conference host identifier, which is registered in the management information storage area, in said first storage file (110), registering a conference identifier and conference partner identifier in said second storage file (140), and registering a material identifier and material supplied identifier in said third storage file (170), and a conference material stored in the conference management information storage area of said memory means is identified by specifying a conference host identifier stored in said first storage file (110), specifying a communication identifier and conference partner identifier stored in said second storage file (140), and specifying a material identifier and/or material supplier identifier stored in said third storage file (170).

Claim 19

A communication conference system in which a plurality of communication conference terminals (10, 30), each including input means (11) for entering materials used for conferences, memory means (16) having an area for storing the conference materials and an area for storing conference management information, display means (14), audio input/output means (18), and control means (15) for controlling conferences and conference materials, are connected through communication means (20) for holding a conference by exchanging sounds and images mutually, wherein said management information storage area of said memory means (16) is formed to include a first storage file (110), a second storage file (140) and a third storage file (170) in hierarchical fashion, and a conference is set up by registering a conference host identifier, which is registered in the management information storage area, in said first storage file (110), registering a conference identifier and conference partner identifier in said second storage file (140), and registering a material identifier and material supplied identifier in said third storage file (170), and a conference material stored in the conference management information storage area of said memory means is identified by specifying a conference host identifier stored in said first storage file (110), specifying a communication identifier and conference partner identifier stored in said second storage file (140), and specifying a material identifier and/or material supplier identifier stored in said third storage file (170).

Claim 20

A communication conference system according to claim 7 or 11, wherein said communication conference terminals comprise a first communication conference terminal (10) and at least one second communication conference terminal (30), and wherein a communication conference held between the first and second communication conference terminals is set up through a data transaction that comprises the steps of: (a) sending communication conference specifi­cation data (300) which includes a conference host identifier, conference identifier and conference partner identifier from the first communication conference terminal (10) to the second communication conference terminal (30); (b) receiving, by the first communication conference terminal (10) from the second communication conference terminal (30), a conference commencement acceptance signal for said conference specification data (310); (c) sending conference material specification data (320), which includes at least a material identifier, from the first communication conference terminal (10) to the second communication conference terminal (30); and (d) receiving, by the first communication conference terminal (10) from the second communication conference terminal (30), a termination confirmation signal for said material specification data (350).
