Insert for a shoe

Abstract

Abstract The invention makes available an insert for a shoe, in particular for a sport shoe, which extends at least in the forefoot region, preferably in the entire region of the sole. This insert is characterised in that, at least in the forefoot region, it is resistant to bending in the transverse direction of the sole, but on the other hand vertically bendable in the longitudinal direction of the sole. Moreover, the invention makes available a sole provided with such an insert and a shoe which has such an insert. <IMAGE>
