Abstract

Abstract Synergistic sweetening effect is produced by combination of a chlorodeoxysucrose sweetener such as sucralose with non-bitter intense dipeptide sweetener such as aspartame in the ratio of about 65:35 to about 91.7:8.3. The synergistic sweetening composition may be utilized in a wide variety of ingestible compositions.
