Abstract

Abstract A method of easing the burden from a computer which performs the deconvolution processing even in the case of a wide blur caused by X-rays of non-focused radiation. According to this method, the data of each of the channels of the X-ray detector is formed by weighting and adding together the measured data of every other channels that are selected from a plurality of channels juxtaposed on both sides of the above channel.

Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 3
Claim 1
Independent Claim 96 words
(1) In a deconvolution processing for eliminating a blur in an image resulting from the image reconstruction by utilizing data obtained from a multi-channel X-ray detector which detects the X-ray transmitted through an image reconstruction region to which are radiated the X-rays,a deconvlution processing method for a tomographic apparatus characterized by producing the data of each channel of said X-ray detector by the weighted addition of the measured data of the channels alternately selected from a plurality of channels proceeding to said each channel as well as a plurality of channels succeeding from said each channel.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 152 words
(2) In a deconvolution processing for eliminating a blur in an image resulting from the image reconstruction by utilizing data obtained from a multi-channel X-ray detector which detects the X-ray transmitted through an image reconstruction region to which are radiated by the X-rays,a deconvolution processing method for a tomographic apparatus characterized by comprising a first stage processing for producing the data of each channel of said X-ray detector by the weighted addition of the measured data of the channels alternately selected from a plurality of channels proceeding to said each channel as well as a plurality of channels succeeding from said each channel;and a second stage processing for producing the data of each channel of said X-ray detector by the weighted addition of the data which are smaller in number than the data of a plurality channels preceeding to and succeeding from said each channel-which have undergone said first stage deconvolution processing.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 92 words
(3) In a deconvolution processing for eliminating a blur in an image resulting from the image reconstruction by utilizing data obtained from a multi-channel X-ray detector which detects the X-rays transmitted through an image reconstruction region to which are radiated the X-rays,a deconvolution processing method characterized by producing the data of each channel of said X-ray detector by using all the measured data of the channels immediately preceeding to and succeeding from said each channel as well as the measured data of alternately selected channels beyond said immediately proceeding and succeeding channels.
