Abstract Translated from German Es wird ein Schleifkorn auf Basis von Siliciumcarbid mit einer bindemittelfreien Beschichtung aus hochdispersem Silicium-, Aluminium- oder Titanoxid zur bevorzugten Verwendung in kunstharzgebundenen oder keramisch gebundenen Schleifkörpern beschrieben. An abrasive grain based on silicon carbide with a binder-free coating of highly disperse silicon, aluminum or titanium oxide is described for preferred use in synthetic resin-bonded or ceramic-bonded abrasives.
