Process for conveying cut pieces without identification tags
Abstract
Abstract The invention relates to a process for conveying cut pieces without identification tags, which cut pieces have been produced by a computer-controlled cutting apparatus (1), for example an extreme pressure fluid jet cutting apparatus, to a computer-controlled flexible production system (3). The parameters describing each cut piece are thereby stored in the computers controlling the cutting apparatus and the production system. Via an electronic projection device (5), arranged between the delivery station (2) of the cutting apparatus and the receiving station of the flexible production system (3), in the control computer (7) of which projection device the parameters describing each cut piece are likewise stored, the sequence of removal is displayed to the operating personnel by projection of a visual signal onto each cut piece. The operator removes the marked piece in each case and passes it to the production system. After the transfer has been completed, a receipt key is operated (8), by which means the notification is given to the control computer (6) of the production system that the given part has been received by the production system and the command is relayed to the control (7) of the projection device (5) to mark the next part to be transferred. With the aid of this process, the time span from the completion of cutting up to final completion of a garment is substantially reduced. Additionally, it is ensured that the mixing up of individual pieces is ruled out. <IMAGE>
