Abstract Translated from German Ein Leistungs-FET wird von einer Fotodiodenkette über einen Schalter angesteuert, der zwei hintereinander liegende FET (5, 6) aufweist. Bei Belichtung wird der erste FET (5) leitend gesteuert, wodurch Strom aus einem an einer festen Spannung liegenden Kondensator (C) in die Gate-Sourcekapazität (C GS ) des Leistungs-FET (1) fließt und diesen schnell einschaltet. Endet die Belichtung, wird der erste FET (5) gesperrt und der zweite FET (6) leitend gesteuert. Damit kann sich die C GS des Leistungs-FET entladen und dieser sperrt. A power FET is controlled by a photodiode chain via a switch which has two FETs (5, 6) located one behind the other. When exposed, the first FET (5) is controlled to conduct, whereby current flows from a capacitor (C) connected to a fixed voltage into the gate-source capacitance (C GS ) of the power FET (1) and switches it on quickly. When the exposure ends, the first FET (5) is blocked and the second FET (6) is turned on. The C GS of the power FET can thus discharge and block it.
