Abstract

Abstract The suction pipe (10) has an outer pipe (12) and an inner pipe (11) which, with a deformation region, forms a catch strip (20) with catch recesses (21). A positive fit safeguard, which prevents relative rotation between the inner and the outer pipes (11, 12), has an axial groove (35) or axial spring which is machined into the respective pipe wall (22) on the inner or outer pipe. A catch body (25), forming a separate component, can be displaced into a locking or release position in relation to the respective catch recess (21) by means of the holding-down device (16) which constitutes a control body and is movable independently of the catch body (25). The suction pipe (10) allows both simple production and simple operation. <IMAGE>
