Abstract Translated from French On corrige la distorsion spatiale de l'image d'une gamma-caméra en utilisant une matrice de correction étendue sur un maillage de 128 X 128. On montre que le respect de la précision attendue n'est obtenu qu'en prenant un maillage de mailles élementaires suffisamment fines. The spatial distortion of the image of a gamma camera is corrected using a correction matrix extended over a mesh of 128 X 128. It is shown that compliance with the expected precision is obtained only by taking a mesh of sufficiently fine elementary meshes.
