Abstract Translated from German Das Meßgerät besteht aus einem frei beweglichen Meßkopf (11), der über Lichtleiter und elektrische Kabel mit einem stationä­ren Grundgerät (12) verbunden ist. Die von der Probe remittier­te Strahlung wird gleichzeitig unter drei verschiedenen Winkeln gemessen. Dazu sind im stationären Grundgerät drei Diodenzei­lenspektrometer (18a bis 18c) vorhanden. Mit einem vierten Diodenzeilenspektrometer (18d) kann gleichzeitig das Spektrum der die Probe beleuchtenden Strahlung gemessen werden. The measuring device consists of a freely movable measuring head (11) which is connected to a stationary basic device (12) via light guides and electrical cables. The radiation remitted by the sample is measured simultaneously at three different angles. For this purpose there are three diode line spectrometers (18a to 18c) in the stationary basic device. The spectrum of the radiation illuminating the sample can be measured simultaneously with a fourth diode line spectrometer (18d).
