Abstract
Abstract Agents inhibiting adhesion of the bacteria responsible for the formation of dental plaque and dental caries are isolated from kappa-caseinoglycopeptides of bovine, caprine or ovine origin. <??>These agents are shown to be very active in experimental systems in which traditional inhibitors such as lactose and galactose prove ineffective, as well as in experiments in which no inhibitors are known.
