Abstract Translated from French La présente invention concerne un procédé de formation de trous de passage métallisés par du tungstène, ces trous ayant des diamètres de l'ordre du micromètre ou moins, vers une couche conductrice inférieure à travers une couche isolante d'épaisseur irrégulière, comprenant les étapes suivantes : - déposer sur la couche isolante (11) une couche d'accrochage (12) pour le tungstène ; - graver dans la couche isolante des trous (13) de même diamètre, ce diamètre (d) étant choisi supérieur à la moitié de l'épaisseur (e) de la couche de tungstène déposée à l'étape suivante ; et - déposer, par voie chimique en phase vapeur, une couche de tungstène (14).
