Abstract Translated from German Das tragbare Gerät dient zur subkutanen oder intrader­malen Injektion einer flüssigen Wirkstofformulierung und besteht aus einer Kombination aus einem Vorratsbehälter (3) für die Wirkstofformulierung, einer mit dem Behälter in Verbindung bringbare Injektionsnadel (7), einer Pumpeinrich­tung (4,32,34,50) zum Entleeren des Behälters durch die Injektionsnadel, Befestigungsmitteln (16,17) zum Befestigen des Geräts an einer geeigneten Körperstelle des Patienten und einer Nadelantriebsvorrichtung (12-13) zum Einschiessen der Injektionsnadel in die Haut des Patienten.
