Abstract

Abstract A bottle of wine (20) is received in a container (1) with a cover (11), both being made of foamed polystylene. Polyacrylate, as a water-absorbing material (8) moist with water, is put in the inner space (5) defined by the container (1) and the cover (11) to impart a nearly constant humid condition in the inner space.

Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 11
Claim 1
Independent Claim 47 words
A method of preserving wine which comprises putting at least one bottle of wine in a container with a cover made of a heat insulating foamed material together with a water-absorbing material in a wet condition to thereby impart a nearly constant humid condition in said container.
Claim 2
Independent Claim 47 words
A method of preserving wine which comprises putting at least one bottle of wine in a container with a cover made of a heat insulating foamed material together with a water-absorbing material in a wet condition to thereby impart a nearly constant humid condition in said container.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 23 words
The method of preserving wine according to Claim 1, wherein the humidity in said container is in a range from 65% to 85%.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 36 words
The method of preserving wine according to Claim 1, wherein said water-absorbing material is a polymer having high water absorption properties which absorbs 100 g - 1600 g of water per 1 g of the polymer.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 46 words
The method of preserving wine according to Claim 1, wherein said water-absorbing material is used at an amount of 5 g - 100 g per 1 ℓ in volume of the inner space of said container in which at least one bottle of wine is put.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 36 words
The method of preserving wine according to Claim 1, wherein said water-absorbing material in said container is rendered to be wet by absorbing 5 g - 20 g of water per 1 g of said material.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 59 words
A wine preserving container which comprises a container main body made of a heat insulating foamed materal which is adapted to receive at least one bottle of wine, and a cover to be put on said main body, wherein a space to receive a predetermined amount of water-absorbing material is formed in either said main body or said cover.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 59 words
A wine preserving container which comprises a container main body made of a heat insulating foamed materal which is adapted to receive at least one bottle of wine, and a cover to be put on said main body, wherein a space to receive a predetermined amount of water-absorbing material is formed in either said main body or said cover.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 60 words
The wine preserving container according to Calim 6, wherein said cover is made of the same material as said main body, and wherein a partition wall is provided in said main body to form a partition chamber at the side of the neck portion of the bottle, and a predetermined amount of water-absorbing material is received in said partition chamber.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 60 words
The wine preserving container according to Calim 6, wherein said cover is made of the same material as said main body, and wherein a partition wall is provided in said main body to form a partition chamber at the side of the neck portion of the bottle, and a predetermined amount of water-absorbing material is received in said partition chamber.
Claim 11
Dependent Claim 81 words
The wine preserving container according to Claim 7, wherein said main body and said cover respectively have concaves to receive the neck portion of the bottle at thier one ends and recesses to receive the bottom portion of the bottle, and the partition chamber is formed in said main body so that said concaves are communicated with said recesses, and wherein the neck portion of the bottle is held at a position higher than that of the bottom of the bottle.
