Thermoplastic compositions with a very high content of powdery mineral substances for incorporation into polymers
Abstract
Coherent thermoplastic aggregates with a very high content of powdery mineral matter consisting of said materials, of polyolefin polymers and / or copolymers and possibly of various known adjuvants, which are characterized in that, with the aim that they simultaneously have a density close to and at most equal to the theoretical density of the pulverulent mineral materials entering into their composition and excellent compatibility for the redispersion polymers, the polymers and / or copolymers entering into the composition of said aggregates in the presence of a fluidizing agent are chosen from the group thermoplastics with a melting and / or softening point at least equal to 60 ° C. and a melt index of at least 50 (measured according to standard ASTM D 1238) of polyolefin type other than polyolefins comprising a polar monomer.
