Granular detergent with reduced phosphate content

Abstract Translated from German Ein phosphatreduziertes, körniges, gut rieselfähiges Waschmittel enthält (a) 5 bis 40 % nichtionische Tenside, (b) 3 bis 20 % an­ionische Tenside, (c) 20 bis 50 % Zeolith, (d) 0,5 bis 5 % homo­polymere oder copolymere Carbonsäuren bzw. deren Alkalimetall­salze, (e) 0 bis weniger als 20 % Natriumtripolyphosphat sowie (f) 10 bis 72,5 % Waschmittelbestandteile, die unter den Bedingungen der Sprühtrocknung beständig sind, mit der Maßgabe, daß das Mittel aus einem Gemisch von zwei Pulverkomponenten (A) und (B) im Verhältnis 1 : 5 bis 3 : 1 besteht und wobei die Kompo­nente (A) 50 bis 100 % des Bestandteils (a), 80 bis 100 % des Bestandteils (c) und 30 bis 100 % des Bestandteils (d) enthält. Die Pulverkomponente (A) soll frei von Alkalimetallsilikaten sein und besteht aus einem sprühgetrocknetem Granulat mit daran ad­sorbiertem nichtionischen Tensid. A phosphate-reduced, granular, free-flowing detergent contains (a) 5 to 40% nonionic surfactants, (b) 3 to 20% anionic surfactants, (c) 20 to 50% zeolite, (d) 0.5 to 5% homopolymer or copolymer Carboxylic acids or their alkali metal salts, (e) 0 to less than 20% sodium tripolyphosphate and (f) 10 to 72.5% detergent components which are stable under the conditions of spray drying, with the proviso that the agent consists of a mixture of two powder components (A) and (B) in a ratio of 1: 5 to 3: 1 and wherein component (A) 50 to 100% of component (a), 80 to 100% of component (c) and 30 to 100% of the component (d) contains. The powder component (A) should be free from alkali metal silicates and consists of a spray-dried granulate with non-ionic surfactant adsorbed thereon.
