Uniformly composed detergent tablets for mechanical dish-washing

Abstract Translated from German Tabletten mit breitem Lösungsprofil; enthaltend ein Gemisch aus Natriummetasilikatnonahydrat und wasserfreiem Natriummetasilikat der Korngröße 0,2 - 0,8 mm im Gew.-Verhältnis 1 : 0,75 bis 1 : 1,2, wasserfreies Pentanatriumtriphosphat (Korndurchmesser 0,2 - 0,3 mm), 1,0 - 2,5 Gew.-% Aktivchlorträger. Gewichtsverhältnis Pentanatriumtriphosphat : Metasilikaten = 1 : 1 bis 1 : 1,7, bezogen auf wasserfreie Substanzen. Anwendung in Geschirrspülautomaten unter Zugabe der Tabletten vor Beginn des Vorspülganges in eine freie Zone der Maschine, wobei mindestens 10 % der Tabletten durch Kaltwasserzustrom aufgelöst werden und mindestens weitere 70 % im Reinigungsgang zur Verfügung stehen. Use in automatic dishwashers with the addition of the tablets before the start of the pre-rinse cycle in a free zone of the machine, at least 10% of the tablets being dissolved by the inflow of cold water and at least a further 70% being available in the cleaning cycle.
