Paste for bonding semi-conductors to ceramic underlayers
Abstract
Abstract Translated from German Zum Verbinden von Halbleitern mit keramischen Unterlagen verwendet man Silber-Glas-Pasten. Silver-glass pastes are used to connect semiconductors to ceramic substrates. Good adhesive strength is achieved even at firing temperatures of around 380 ° C with pastes whose glass components consist of 75 to 85% by weight of lead oxide, 8 to 15% by weight of boron oxide, 0.75 to 2.5% by weight of silicon oxide, 0 to 10 % By weight zinc oxide, 0 to 5% by weight bismuth oxide, 0 to 3% by weight aluminum oxide, 0.5 to 5.5% by weight copper oxide and a non-volatile metal fluoride as the remainder, the molar ratio of copper oxide to fluoride content being between 1: 0 , 25 and 1:10 must be.
