Abstract

The invention relates to a separating device for separating magnetic particles from liquid phases, consisting of an application unit, a separating unit and a collecting unit. This separation device can be used for the separation of biological materials, in particular for the separation of cells, antigens, antibodies, enzymes etc. with the aid of e.g. magnetic microspheres (MIMS).
