Abstract Translated from German Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Leistungshalbleitermodul mit einem großflächigen Keramiksubstrat als Bodenfläche. Bei solchen Modulen zieht sich während der Fertigung die Keramikplatte hohl, so daß nach dem Aufschrauben auf einen Kühlkörper kein guter thermischer Kontakt besteht. Mit der Erfindung wird vorgeschlagen, in den Modul Stützen (10) einzusetzen, die das Keramiksubstrat (1) gegenüber dem Gehäuse (11) so abstützt, daß das Keramiksubstrat (1) eben bzw. an gewünschten Stellen leicht konvex gewölbt ist. Durch geeignete Wahl der Materialausdehnungskoeffizienten und entsprechender Dimensionierung der Stützen (10) wird erreicht, daß sich das gewünschte Ergebnis ohne besondere Montagehilfen einstellt.
