Abstract

Abstract A flexible bearing sheet having connection areas respectively covering areas (12) comprises, arranged regularly in the longitudinal and transversal directions, recesses (10) on one side which are directed downwardly and form with adjacent bearings vault-like cavities. Said recesses are sealed in order to receive a self-hardening fluid material. The recesses (10) have a square, respectively rectangular-horizontal section at each level and, in the upper area, they have a fold (14) extending horizontally and separating the upper planar walls (16) from the lower skewed walls (20). In the area of the four edges of the upper pyramidal trunk (18) there are provided reinforcement mouldings (24) which extend up to the planar area of the edges (26) of the lower pyramidal trunk (22). The sheet support element is used in the civil engineering and building industries, particularly as formwork of floors cast on the site.

Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 11
Claim 1
Independent Claim 175 words
Flexible support sheet with butt and/or lap joints and, disposed longitudinally and transversely at uniform intervals, depressions moulded downwards on one side only, which are suitable for receiving in sealing manner a flowable, self- hardening material or compound, the support sheet resting by the depressions on a substantially plane substrate to form vault-like cavities, characterized by - depressions (10) that are substantially square or rectangular at each level, which have plane lateral walls (16, 20), with a horizontally peripheral kink (14) in their upper half, the kink (14) dividing the depression (10) into an upper, right truncated pyramid (18) having flatter lateral walls (16) and a lower, right truncated pyramid (22) having steeper but by no means vertical lateral walls (20), and - moulded reinforcing beadings (24) at least over the region of the four lateral edges of the upper truncated pyramid (18) and the corners of the kink (14), which start at the edge (12) and end in the generally flat zone of the four lateral edges (26) of the lower truncated pyramid (22).
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 175 words
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 26 words
Support sheet according to Claim 1, characterized in that the cross-section of the reinforcing beadings (24) converges downwards and preferably has a trapezium-shaped or semicircular form.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 43 words
Support sheet according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the reinforcing beadings (24) continue tangentially into the generally flat zone of the lateral edges (26) of the lower truncated pyramid (22) and preferably have a deeper cross-section towards their lower end.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 33 words
Support sheet according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that width and depth of the cross-section of the reinforcing beadings (24) are in the range 5-20 mm, preferably 10-15 mm.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 39 words
Support sheet according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it is 0.3-1 mm thick and the horizontal side length of its depressions (10) is 5-25 cm at the top and 1-5 cm at the bottom.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 67 words
Support sheet according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the angle or angles of inclination (a) of the lateral surfaces (16) of the upper truncated pyramid (18) to the horizontal are in the range 10-60°. preferably 15-30°, and the angle or angles of inclination (p) of the lateral surfaces (20) of the lower truncated pyramid (22) are in the range 30-80°, preferably 60-75°.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 40 words
