Abstract

Abstract A milling and/or boring machine for the multilateral machining of workpieces is provided with at least one work spindle (5) in which a tool (7) is clamped in a tool carrier (6), a slide (3) which is displaceable on a spindle carrier (2) and on which a milling head (4) with the work spindle (5) is arranged, and a milling table (8) for accommodating the workpiece (7) to be machined. The milling table (8) is designed at least partly as a turning-machine table (13) with a rotary spindle (12) and a turning-machine drive unit (10, 11). Turning tools (7) can be clamped in the tool carrier (6) of the work spindle (5). <IMAGE>
