Um die Leitungen ohne Beschädigung nach allen Richtungen abziehen zu können, ist die Abziehführung (20) an einem um den Rollenträger herum beweglichen Schwenkgestell (8) um eine vertikale Achse (19) drehbar gelagert. Der Rollenträger besteht vorzugsweise aus einem Ring (13) mit Speichen (14), an denen Haltedorne (17) längsverschiebbar und in die Speichenradebene umklappbar angeordnet sind.
