Abstract
Abstract A method of making a laminated body with bended part consisting of an upper layer member and synthetic resin, which comprises the steps of ; arranging the upper layer member (13); holding the periphery (16) of the member (13); giving form to the member (13) ; supplying a required molten resin (15) to the completion of the giving form ; and molding the molten resin to obtain the laminated body (181 aimed-at. And an optimum apparatus (1) for effectuating the above-mentioned method comprises at the very least a male mold (2), a female mold (3), an upper layer member-fixing frame (4), an expanding and contracting means (5), a split frame (6), and a shifting mechanism (7), wherein the split frame (4) slides to the inside of the cavity of the female mold (3) so as to gather at leant at the time of holding the upper layer member (13) between or prior to it but slides to outside of the cavity of the female mold (3) so as to disperse after completing the molding.

(1) A method of making a laminated body with a bended part consisting of an upper layer member and a synthetic resin which comprises at least holding an upper layer member between the upper layer member-fixing frame and the female mold a molten resin being supplied between the upper layer member and the female mold and or the male mold and then the female mold and the male mold being mold-tightened, which is characterized in that arranging said upper layer member between an upper layer member-fixing frame and a split frame; said upper member-fixing frame being attached shiftably either on the side of a male mold or on the side of a female mold of a molding apparatus provided with both said male mold and said female mold, and having a sliding surface where the outer side face of said male mold slides over the whole circumference; and said split frame being attached on the side of said female mold and sliding on the face of said female mold which is opposite to said upper layer member-fixing frame; holding the periphery of said upper layer member between said upper layer member-fixing frame and said split frame; giving form to said upper layer member within measure by mold-tightening said female and said male mold together ; contiuning to place said upper layer member thus given form on the spot while leaving as it stands ; supplying a required molten resin form a molten resin passage between said upper layer member and said male mold prior to the completion of the above-mentioned mold-tightening; and molding said molten resin to obtain said laminated body aimed-at; wherein said split frame slides to the inside of the cavity of said female mold so as to gather at least at the time of holding said upper layer member between or prior to it but slides to the outside of the cavity of said female mold so as to disperse after completing the molding.

A molding apparatus which comprises at the very least a male mold, a female mold, an upper layer member-fixing frame, an expanding and contracting means, a split frame, and a shifting mechanism, which is characterized in that said upper layer member-fixing frame is mounted either on the side of said male mold or on the side of said female mold shiftably by means of said expanding and contracting means and has a sliding surface where the outer side face of said male mold slides over the whole circumference; and said split frame is attached on the side of said female mold and slides horizontally on the face of said female mole which is opposite to said upper layes member-fixing frame of said male mold gatherably and dispersibly by means of said shifting mechanism, when the inner face of said split frame lies inside the cavity of said female mold at the gathering time but outside the cavity of said female mold at the dispersing time.
