Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 3
Claim 1
Independent Claim 73 words
A magnetic recording member of the type that a magnetic metallic film is formed, through a Cr film, on a surface of a non-magnetic substrate, characterized in that the magnetic metallic film is one represented by Co x Cr Ni z , and having such a composition ratio thereof in atomic % that i s 0.45 ≦ x < 1.0, 0 < y ≦ 0.25, and x + y + z = 1.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 73 words
A magnetic recording member of the type that a magnetic metallic film is formed, through a Cr film, on a surface of a non-magnetic substrate, characterized in that the magnetic metallic film is one represented by Co x Cr Ni z , and having such a composition ratio thereof in atomic % that i s 0.45 ≦ x < 1.0, 0 < y ≦ 0.25, and x + y + z = 1.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 22 words
A magnetic recording member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnetic metallic film is nearly Co 0.60, Cr 0.10, Ni 0.30.
