Claim 3
Dependent Claim 13 words
A plastic lens according to claim 1, wherein the component B is divinylbenzene.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 70 words
A plastic lens according to claim 1, wherein the component B is a diacrylate and/or dimethacrylate represented by the following general formulae II. wherein R 1 is a methyl group or hydrogen, Y is one being selected out of groups -CH 2 CH 2 0-, and -(CH 2 ) b -O-, whereby b is an integer of from 3 to 10, t is an integer of from 1 to 10.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 108 words
A plastic lens according to claim 1, wherein the component B is anisocyanate modified monomer represented by the following general formulae III and/or IV. wherein each of R 1' R 2 , R 3 and R 4 is a methyl group or hydrogen, X is chlorine, bromine or iodine, Z is a polyfunctional isocyanate residue, A is or -SO 2 -and m and n are integers of from 0 to 4 with the proviso that the sum of m and n is an integer of from 0 to 4, p is an integer of from 1 to 4, and q is an integer of from 2 to 3.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 70 words
A plastic lens according to any of the claims 1 to 4, wherein the component A is at least one member selected from the group represented by the following general formulae V and VI. wherein X is chlorine, bromine or iodine, R 5 is a methyl group or hydrogen, W is one being selected out of groups , and -CH2-CH2-, and r is an integer of from 1 to 5.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 36 words
A plastic lens according to any of the claims 1 to 5, wherein the monomer ratio by weight of component A is 20 to 85 parts and that of component B is 15 to 80 parts.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 30 words
A plastic lens according to any of the claims 1 to 6, wherein said polymer is a copolymer of component A, component B and at least one other vinyl monomer.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 21 words
A plastic lens according to claim 7, wherein the other vinyl monomer has an aromatic ring and/or a halogen (except fluorine).
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 31 words
A plastic lens according to claim 7 or 8, wherein said copolymerization ratio of the other vinyl monomer is within 60 percent by weight based on the total weight of monomers.
Claim 11
Dependent Claim 19 words
A plastic lens according to any of the claims 1 to 9, wherein the polymer is formed by cast-polymerization.
