Process for synthesizing zeolites of the aluminosilicate-type, products obtained by this process and use thereof
Abstract
The invention relates to a process for the synthesis of zeolites. This process consists in forming a reaction medium comprising in particular water, a source of silica, a source of alumina, a source of a structuring agent which can provide cations chosen from the group consisting of tetrapropylammonium cations (TPA <+ >), tripropylammonium (TRIPA <+>), dipropylammonium (DIPA <+>) and tetrapropylphosphonium (TPP <+>), and fluoride anions F <->, the pH of the medium being less than 10, to heat said reaction medium at a temperature between 60 and 230 ° C, this second step leading to obtaining a crystallized solid which is separated, and to heating said solid at a temperature above 450 ° C.
