Abstract Translated from German Ausführung einer Gaseinlassdüse für den Einsatz in einem Wirbelströmungsreaktor zure Entgasung von geschmolzenem Metall mit Hilge eines Spülgases. Die Ausführung der Düse verhindert Metallaustritte aus dem Reaktor im Bereich der Düsenspitze und Gasundichtigkeitenin der Spülgaszufuhrleitung. Die Düsenspitze umfasst ein Mundstückprofil, das aus einer Oeffnung mit geradem Durchgang und konstantem Durchmesser oder aus einem zusammenlaufenden/auseinanderlaufenden Profil besteht. Design of a gas inlet nozzle for use in a vortex flow reactor for degassing molten metal with the aid of a purge gas. The design of the nozzle prevents metal leaks from the reactor in the area of the nozzle tip and gas leaks in the purge gas supply line. The nozzle tip comprises a mouthpiece profile which consists of an opening with a straight passage and a constant diameter or of a converging / diverging profile.
