Abstract Translated from German Verbindungen der Formel worin n für die Zahl 0 oder 1 steht; die Ringe A', A 2 und A 3 1,4-Phenylen, 2-Fluor-1,4-phenylen oder trans-1,4-Cyclohexylen darstellen oder einer dieser Ringe auch einen 2,5-disubstituierten Pyrimidinring oder einen trans-2,5-disubstituierten m-Dioxanring darstellt; X' eine einfache Kovalenzbindung, -COO-, -OOC-, -CH 2 CH 2 -, p-C 6 H 4 , -CH 2 CH 2 -p-C 6 H 4 -, -CH 2 CH 2 -p-C 6 H 4 -CH 2 CH 2 oder, sofern die Ringe A' und A 2 1,4-Phenylen darstellen, auch -NONbezeichnet; R 2 1E-Alkenyl, 2Z-Alkenyl, 3E-Alkenyl, 4-Alkenyl oder Alkenyloxy darstellt, mit der Massgabe, dass das Sauerstoffatom in Alkenyloxy mit einem gesättigten Kohlenstoffatom verknüpft ist; und R' 1E-Alkenyl, 2Z-Alkenyl, 3E-Alkenyl, 4-Alkenyl oder, sofern R 2 Alkenyloxy darstellt, auch Alkyl bedeutet, deren Herstellung, sowie flüssigkristalline Gemische und die Verwendung für elektro-optische Zwecke.
