Abstract
Abstract A device for automatic door monitoring is proposed which consists of a control unit and monitoring units for the door space and which is used especially in passenger vehicles. The control unit (10) consists essentially of a microprocessor (16), a programmable read-only memory (19) and an interface (18). The monitoring units (20, 30) consist of essentially mutually identical computers. The control unit (10) and the monitoring units (20, 30) are connected to one another via transmission lines (13). With the aid of a coding switch (17) various control variations can be called up. <IMAGE>
