Control device for a static switch

Abstract

Abstract The device is combined with a commutating pole (10) having two MOS transistors (MOS 1-MOS 2) in series-opposition. It includes an oscillator (22) supplied across a rectifier, a demodulator (24) connected, across the outward terminals (AB), to the grid and to the source of the MOS transistors, and an electrical separating unit between the oscillator and the demodulator, consisting of a transformer (23). The primary winding of the latter is supplied with high-frequency current by the oscillator (22), the latter being connected to the AC circuit (26-27) by a voltage-reducing circuit (21) associated with the rectifier and being validated by an isolating circuit (25). <IMAGE>
