Abstract

Abstract In order to form a rugged surface of wall or the like, a molding frame whose top surface is covered with a covering material is stuck to an area to be processed, and after the spraying or trowelling material is applied to form the protruding parts, the covering material is peeled off together with such material having been laid over the covering material, and later at a time when the protrusion forming material dries up and becomes solidified, the forming frame is removed to obtain a rugged surface. On the original surface to be processed the recession parts are formed exactly after the molding pattern, and the protrusion parts of distinctively sharp apex lines are formed, being provided with good contrast with other parts. Covering the top of the deep and soft molding frame, for instance made of foamed polyethylene, and with a peeling layer adhered on the bottom, thus the molding frame is provided with triple structures. Reinforcing the bottom surface of the molding frame with a plastic film or holding the plate-like bodies for leaving them to construct the surface of recession parts after the molding frame is removed will do as a corollary to the original concept of the molding frame.

Claim 1
Independent Claim 112 words
A method of forming a decorative rugged surface pattern on a wall, a panel or the like characterized in that a thick and soft main body of a molding frame having been adhered with a covering material which can be peeled off later on its top surface is stuck on an area to be processed where the recessed surface of said pattern is to be formed, and after the spraying or trowelling material for forming protruding portion is applied, the covering material is removed together with the protrusion forming material laid on it, and said molding frame is removed in a later stage when the protrusion part materiai become dried and solidified.
Claim 2
Independent Claim 112 words
A method of forming a decorative rugged surface pattern on a wall, a panel or the like characterized in that a thick and soft main body of a molding frame having been adhered with a covering material which can be peeled off later on its top surface is stuck on an area to be processed where the recessed surface of said pattern is to be formed, and after the spraying or trowelling material for forming protruding portion is applied, the covering material is removed together with the protrusion forming material laid on it, and said molding frame is removed in a later stage when the protrusion part materiai become dried and solidified.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 85 words
A method of forming a decorative rugged surface pattern on a wall or the like according to claim 1 wherein the plate-like bodies as large as the main molding pattern or a little wider than the same is fixed or temporarily fastened in position where the recessed part of said pattern is to be formed, and after the protrusion forming material is applied, the molding frame is removed, forming the recessed parts of said pattern with the plates-like bodies fastened by the protrusion forming material.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 87 words
A pattern molding frame characterized in that the molding frame made of thick gauge soft plastics or rubber for masonry joint pattern, geometrical pattern or band-like or any other arbitrary pattern having been adhered on its top side with a covering material in the same form as the main body of said molding frame in a peelable manner, and on the backside of the molding frame with a peeling paper cut out in the same form or not same form with the molding frame via the adhesive.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 87 words
A pattern molding frame characterized in that the molding frame made of thick gauge soft plastics or rubber for masonry joint pattern, geometrical pattern or band-like or any other arbitrary pattern having been adhered on its top side with a covering material in the same form as the main body of said molding frame in a peelable manner, and on the backside of the molding frame with a peeling paper cut out in the same form or not same form with the molding frame via the adhesive.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 17 words
A molding frame according to claim 3 consisting of foamed plastics or rubber for its main body.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 11 words
A molding frame according to claim 4 consisting of foamed polyethylene.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 32 words
A molding frame according to claim 3 having been adhered on its bottom surface with a plastic film for reinforcement in the same form as the main body of the molding frame.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 34 words
A molding frame according to claim 3 or 6 having formulated surface active, agent or high quality fatty acid into the plastic or rubber material which constructs the main body of the molding frame.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 23 words
A molding frame according to claim 3 or 6 having been coated with demolding agent on the side surface of said molding frame.
Claim 11
Dependent Claim 76 words
A molding frame according to claim 3 or 6 made by laying up into one unit body having been stuck with a peeling paper on the back side of the plates, metal plates or the like being cut out in wider size than the main body of said molding frame via the adhesive and on its top side surface 1 stuck with the main body of said molding frame and also a covering material on it.
