Abstract Translated from German Hüftgelenkendoprothese mit einem femoralen Teil, der einen aus einer Metallegierung geformten Schaft und einen Gelenkkopf aufweist, wobei der Gelenkkopf mit der natürlichen oder einer prothetischen, ebenfalls aus einer Metallegierung bestehenden Hüftpfanne zusammenwirkt, wobei der Schaft (10) in der Lateral-Medial-Ebene annähernd die gleiche Breite aufweist und in der Anterior-Posterior-Ebene schwach konisch nach unten zuläuft.
