Abstract Translated from German Hüftgelenkendoprothese mit einem femoralen Teil, der einen aus einer Metallegierung geformten Schaft und einen Gelenkkopf aufweist, wobei der Gelenkkopf mit der natürlichen oder einer prothetischen, ebenfalls aus einer Metallegierung bestehenden Hüftpfanne zusammenwirkt, wobei der Schaft (10) in der Lateral-Medial-Ebene annähernd die gleiche Breite aufweist und in der Anterior-Posterior-Ebene schwach konisch nach unten zuläuft. Hip joint endoprosthesis with a femoral part which has a shaft formed from a metal alloy and a joint head, the joint head interacting with the natural or a prosthetic acetabular cup also consisting of a metal alloy, the shaft (10) approximately in the lateral medial plane has the same width and tapers slightly conically downwards in the anterior-posterior plane.
