Abstract Translated from French Couche-culotte comprenant un coussin absorbant (1) recouvert sur sa face inférieure d'une feuille souple (5) imperméable à l'humidité ayant une largeur et une longueur supérieures à celles du coussin (1), un voile (12) perméable à l'humidité recouvrant la face supérieure du coussin (1) et de la feuille (5), des moyens élastiques (9,111) étant fixé sur ladite feuille (5), le long des deux bords latéraux opposés (3) du coussin, et des moyens d'attache (13) étant prévus pour fermer la couche-culotte. La feuille (5) comporte deux rabats latéraux opposés (7) repliés autour des bords latéraux (3) du coussin (1) sur la face supérieure du coussin, les moyens élastiques (9,111) sont fixés à l'état tendu sur lesdits rabats (7), et le voile (12) recouvre la face supérieure des rabats (7) repliés et est fixé à cette face des rabats.
