Claim 1
Independent Claim
37 words
Bacillus thuringiensis, characterised in that it produces a toxin with a molecular weight of about 65000 - 70000 Dalton which is selectively effective against Coleoptera and the Bacterium does not belong to the pathotypes A or B.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim
39 words
Bacillus thuringiensis var. tenebrionis, characterised in that it produces a toxin with a molecular weight of about 65000 - 70000 Dalton which is selectively effective against Coleoptera and the Bacterium does not belong to the pathotypes A or B.
