Claim 3
Dependent Claim 46 words
A radio wave shielding material as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the said plastics foamed body is an open-cell polyurethane foam of three-dimensional network skeleton structure having a porosity such that an average cell number per 25 mm of straight line is 10-40 cells.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 30 words
A radio wave shielding material as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the said plastics foamed body has a volume resistivity of not more than 100 Q.cm.
Claim 5

A radio wave shielding material as claimed in any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the said metal plating coat is a nickel or nickel alloy plating coat.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 31 words
A radio wave shielding material as claimed in any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the said metal plating coat has a thickness of not more than 6 u.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 37 words
A radio wave shielding material as claimed in any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the said conductive rubber and/or plastics is selected from conductive silicone rubber, conductive acrylic rubber and modified conductive acrylic rubber.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 35 words
A radio wave shielding material as claimed in any of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the said coating of conductive rubber and/or plastics has a volume resistivity of not more than 100 Q.cm.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 40 words
A radio wave shielding material as claimed in any of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the said material is provided on at least one surface with a release paper through a bonding agent locally or wholly applied thereto.
Claim 10
Independent Claim 91 words
A method of producing a radio wave shielding material, characterised by comprising: forming a metal plating coat on a surface of a plastics foamed body having a three-dimensional network skeleton structure; impregnating or applying a liquid composition containing a conductive rubber and/or plastics to the said plastics foamed body; subjecting the said body to a compression deformation to squeeze out an excess amount of the said liquid composition while the said metal plating coat is partially broken to provide a proper compression modulus; and curing the said conductive rubber and/or plastics.
Claim 11
Independent Claim 91 words
A method of producing a radio wave shielding material, characterised by comprising: forming a metal plating coat on a surface of a plastics foamed body having a three-dimensional network skeleton structure; impregnating or applying a liquid composition containing a conductive rubber and/or plastics to the said plastics foamed body; subjecting the said body to a compression deformation to squeeze out an excess amount of the said liquid composition while the said metal plating coat is partially broken to provide a proper compression modulus; and curing the said conductive rubber and/or plastics.
Claim 12
Dependent Claim 22 words
A method as claimed in claim 9, characterised in that the said metal plating coat is formed by an electroless plating process.
Claim 13
Dependent Claim 27 words
A method as claimed in claim 10, characterised in that the said plastics foamed body is subjected to a surface treatment prior to the said electroless plating.
Claim 14
Independent Claim 24 words
A method as claimed in any of claims 9 to 11, characterised in that the said compression deformation is a compression strain of 10-90%.
