Abstract
Abstract Allograft survival is enhanced by pretreating the allograft with an immunotoxin against an Ia equivalent antigen borne by the allograft to deplete the allograft of cells that bear the antigen thereby reducing the ability of the allograft to stimulate an immune response from the recipient of the allograft.
