Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 3
Claim 1
Independent Claim 44 words
(1) A drug-containing lipid vesicle preparation obtained by stirring and mixing an aqueous solution or an aqueous suspension together with a phospholipid containing a lipophilic surfactant at least one of which contains a drug, and dispersing the resulting lipid vesicles in a dispersion medium.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 50 words
(2) A drug-containing lipid vesicle preparation obtained by stirring and mixing an aqueous solution or an aqueous suspension together with a phospholipid containing a lipophilic surfactant at least one of which contains a drug, dispersing the resulting lipid vesicles in a liquid dispersion medium, and freeze-drying or spray-drying the dispersion.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 61 words
(3) A method for preparing a drug-containing lipid vesicle preparation which comprises by stirring and mixing an aqueous solution or an aqueous suspension together with a phospholipid containing a lipophilic surfactant at least one of which contains a drug, and dispersing the resulting lipid vesicles in a dispersion medium, and optionally freeze-drying or spray-drying the dispersion when said dispersion is liquid.
