Abstract Translated from German Es wird ein Bougie zur Dehnung der Speiseröhre, der Luftwege oder anderer Hohlorgane oder Körperöffnungen beschrieben, bei dem eine endoskopische Sichtkontrolle dadurch möglich ist, daß ein Endoskop üblicher Bauart in einen Bougieabschnitt (1) mit Querschnittsveränderungen (2) eingeschoben und am vorderen Ende (3) durch eine weiche und schmiegsame Ausbildung abgedichtet ist. Der Kopf des Endoskops wird in einem becherartigen Endstück (5) sicher und anpaßbar aufgenommen. Für Null-Stenosen kann eine zugespitzte Kappe (9, 19) aufgeschoben werden, die bei einem Ausführungsbeispiel durch eine Ausnehmung (22) die Sicht nach vorn freiläßt. Das Bougie kann in bekannter Weise auch mit einem aufblähbaren Balg (14) versehen werden und darüber hinaus in vorteilhafter Weise zum Setzen eines Endotubus (17) benutzt werden.
