A compound of the formula wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , R 7 and R 8 are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, halogen and hydroxyl, n is an integer from 1 to 2 inclusive with the proviso that when R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , R 7 or R 8 is alkenyl or alkynyl, n is 1; and with the further provisos that when R 3 is hydroxy, any one of the substituents R 1 , R 2 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , R 7 or R 8 is other than hydrogen; when R 3 is hydroxy, R 1 may only be alkyl when any one of R 2 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , R 7 or R 8 is other than hydrogen; when R 3 is hydroxy, R 2 may only be alkyl when any one of R 1 , R 4 , R 5 , R6, R 7 or R 8 is other than hydrogen; when R 3 is hydroxy, R 4 may only be halogen when R 1 , R 2 , R 5 , R 6 , R 7 or R 8 is other than hydrogen; when R 3 is hydroxy, R 6 may only be hydroxy or methyl when R 1 , R 2 , R 4 , R 5 , R 7 or R 8 is other than hydrogen; when R 3 is hydroxy, R 7 may only be hydroxy when R 1 , R2, R 4 , R 5 , R 6 or R 8 is other than hydrogen; and when R 3 is hydroxy, R 8 may only be methyl, ethyl, hydroxy or halogen when R 1 , R 2 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 or R 7 is other than hydrogen; and when R 3 is hydroxy, R 5 may be alkyl only when R 1 , R 2 , R 4 , R 6 , R 7 or R 8 are other than hydrogen.
