Hydraulic and/or pneumatic vehicle brake system
Abstract
Hydraulic and / or pneumatic brake system for motor vehicles, with a brake booster acting on the master brake cylinder and with at least two mutually independent brake circuits, the brake pressures of which depend on the rotational speed and / or deceleration values of the vehicle wheels detected by sensors using an electronic evaluation and control circuit and by means of a common pressure modulator common to them can be regulated by lowering the pressure, maintaining pressure and increasing the pressure, in each of these controllable brake circuits a check valve device which can be switched on and off by the electronic evaluation and control circuit is arranged, by actuating either several or only one depending on the requirement of the controllable brake circuits can be acted upon by the pressure modulator, and the brake booster either as a result of the electronic evaluation and control circuit, depending on the control requirement, into a brake pedal force supporting first state or in a second state counteracting the brake pedal force switchable brake booster known per se and is used at the same time as the only pressure modulator.
